So now the dashboard shows that it should once again be up, We are still seeing issues for sure, over 1000 users currently that are having issues at this time since approx. 8:15am eastern standard time. Any additional information about this that can be passed onto the users of Bentley Software?
It appeared that we had the issue resolved but it has since become an issue again. There isn't anything else to pass along that will help the users in this case, as the issue is on the Bentley side. I've been updating the dashboard when there is a change in the status. As of the last update, you can get to the Admin page but it will take a while to get there and perform any actions.

Is this continuing into today (10/8)? I too have a number of users that are being prompted with the activation dialog when starting products. This started around 9:30 this morning.
We've had multiple users report everything is working as it should. If this is an issue, please file a Service Request and we will look into it for you. Thanks
