I am trying to check out Microstran Code: Steel AS4100 but an Error pops ups 'Failed to check out license'.
I have the license to use this check out item.
Has anyone experienced this same issue? and how have you overcome this problem?

In Bentley licensing tool do you see 'Allowed Offline' as 'Yes' in Entitlements tab?

We purchased in Australia, then was told to pay extra fee of $1200 for AS4100. and $1800 for AS4600. Very disappointing. Cannot understand why purchasing a Bentley soft in Australia does not cover Australian codes. By doing like this, there are millions of ways to make money.
