Thank you so much for your reply. Problem started yesterday late evening by stopping software suddenly. So I raised service request since early morning. I also wrote to regional manager , but, haven't received any solution yet. I have been sitting whole morning and frustrated as I have a lot of work to do. We don't know what to do. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your help. I think something is wrong with the email address probably due to the hack. The Bentley service manager sent to anonymous mail address which is neither personal mail nor my office mail. Because of your help I can get the contact otherwise I could not be received even she replied as the email is wrong.
But, the problem is still not resolved yet. I still cannot open my software.
This issue has been resolved now.
