Hi,
I am having some trouble checking out my license. It seems my ProSteel for AutoCAD license is disabled:
I am in Australia - please help ASAP. I can't work.
Looking at your details in our systems you appear to be Non-SELECT which would require you to check-out any licenses you require to your system. Each year these licenses are checked back onto the server and you would need to go through the same process to check-out these licenses again.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the prompt reply. I have managed to check-out the license again now.
I was unable to check out the license via the License Manager Tool - the ProSteel for AutoCAD license status was "Disabled". Clicking the "Activate" button in the License Manager Tool was ineffective.
I was able to activate and check-out the license via the Activation Assistant (Product Activation Wizard).
I have noticed that my license credentials are for SELECTServer.bentley.com (rather than ProductActivation.bentley.com).
Should I have updated license credentials for my Non-SELECT license?
Thanks again.
As you are no longer a SELECT customer you should be pointing to ProductActivation.Bentley.com to checkout your licenses. Before changing this please ensure you have checked in the previous ones.
Thanks Andrew. I get an error when testing the connection to ProductActivation.bentley.com, with my current site key.
Could you please check my credentials?
I've tested your Activation Key (don't post it here) and it is verifying ok (assume yours is as well). I can see that all products except "ProSteel for AutoCad" have available licenses. This would be the issue that you have reported here. I will raise a Service Request for a Licensing Analyst to investigate.
