No Entitlement message when opening Ram Concept

 I'm currently unable to open Ram Concept due to a No Entitlement message despite the rest of the users in my office being able to. 
 
 Can someone help me ASAP?

 What is version of CONNECTION client installed on the machine? Please make sure it should be the latest version 10.00.18.13.
