we have OpenRoads Designer Connect edition but I am unable to download the stand alone from the portal bentley.connect.com is there a way to do that from elsewhere?

I went to the CONNECTION Center and went to Download software. The error I get when I click on the Download software icon is

You do not have the “Product Delivery – Download” user role. Please contact your site administrator to request this user role.

I was redirected to the iware site but StormCAD is not a free ware. I have Power GEOPAK (ss4) as well as Open roads designer CONNECT Edition on my desktop. I can access StormCAD unlimited in SS4 but was hoping to use the standalone. I will greatly appreciate your help.thanks
