Hi
I have recently been re-imaged and had Prostructures Connect Edition Update 4 installed on my computer. I am getting the attached messages. The 1st is when I open Prostructures, the 2nd and the 3rd are in the connection client Bentley licensing tool.
Can anyone offer a reason for this and a solution?
Thanks
Hi Keith,
Can you please ensure the connection client version?
If it is very latest one, then please try to use the older version of connection client and ensure is working or not?
It looks like there is something issue in connection client.
I have already forwarded this issue to concern team.

Most likely you need to be entitled by your Administrator.
It needs to be checked if you are an entitled user for having a valid license.

Hello,
Your Bentley Licensing Tool says you are not signed in to the CONNECTION Client. Are you signed in to the CONNECTION Client? If so was something entered on the Proxy Configuration tab of the Bentley Licensing Tool (Tools > Options)? If you've configured the Proxy Configuration > Proxy Server field please make sure it is correctly configured with your proxy server address and port number. For instructions see: https://communities.bentley.com/communities/other_communities/sign-in_assistance_and_web_services/w/wiki/36380/faq
If you do not have a proxy server the field should be blank. If you've inadvertently entered something there like selectserver.bentley.com please remove it.
If none of those things apply please use the Log Collector from the CONNECTION Client to gather your logs and upload them. Log Collector instructions are also in the same wiki above.

Thank you for the screen capture. I don't see your log attached here. Can you try again, or use the Secure File Upload ?
I do see in your screen capture that your proxy configuration may be incorrect. We recommend that you add the port number on the end so something like this: proxy.com:8080.
Try adding the port number then open the task manager and end task the Bentley.Licensing.Service then Bentley.Connect.Client. Once you've done that start the CONNECTION Client again and sign in and open the Bentley Licensing Tool. Check to see if it recognizes that you're signed in this time. If it doesn't collect a new set of logs and upload them.
