Activation of Non-Select License on new Software

Hello,

I have a non-select license for WaterCAD CONNECT Edition. I have used this on my previous coptuer for several years. I now have a new computer and need to install it on this instead. When I folllow the donwload link from the PDF, it appears to download a newer version of the software than I have installed on my existing machine (10.02.03.06 vs 10.00.00.50). This new software has a different licensing tool (looks like this: https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/40303/overview-of-bentley-licensing-tool) , which does not appear to have any way to input my non-select licensing information (previous version had a tool that looked like this: https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/5278/activating-as-a-non-select-or-node-locked-user-tn).

Is there 

a) Any way to input my non-select license into this new tool?

or alternatively

b) Any way to download the older version of the software, which supported inputting my license?
