Our students work with microstation V8i from 2018.
Now they try update at sv8i series10 but the license code doesn't work,
Any change?

MicroStation V8i SS10 uses SES (Subscription Entitlement Service) licensing. They'll need to register themselves or an admin will need to register them first. Then they'll need to sign in to the CONNECTION Client to activate.
