Node-locked licence locked on deleted computer account

Hi,

I recently transferred work computers and initially managed to successfully move a node-locked Microstation Powerdraft licence to a new computer. Unfortunately there appeared a problem with user accounts and the previous user was deleted with the licence still checked-in. This means I'm not able to check out my program licence under the new username, since it it still locked in the faulty one. 

Would it somehow be possible to reset the licence so it would once again be available for checkout?

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!
