Dear Bentley,
I have checkout the licence in the support portal online , but when I tried to import the file into our server it won't allow it.
It will display the message "Cannot import because policy machine name does not current machine name" , we have tried using Remote Non Console Mode and Console Mode but still no avail.
Is there a way to import it ?
We also have another problem where one of the server has been successfully imported (by some reason, still don't know how), but when another user logs in, it finds that the licence is not imported for him
Why is this the case?

You would need to physically import the license file on the server. If you are trying to import it through remote console it wont.

Unfortunately our servers are VM based so there's no way to physically import the license.
