Bentley directed me here, I hope someone can help me. My Bentley Connect Client Edition says "Your account is locked, please contact your site administration" even i never entered wrong password. Please help me. TIAsy
Site Administrator could also be whomever at your company is in charge of the software license management.
Hopefully one of the Bentley folks will be along shortly.

Your Account Admin/Co-Admin will need to unlock your account. If you do not know who it is, please see step 3 in this link: https://communities.bentley.com/communities/other_communities/sign-in_assistance_and_web_services/w/wiki/23738/connect-center-overview
It is a liability for me to unlock your account as the Admin/Co-Admin may have done so for a business reason.
