Any one else getting this when setting up s new PC? This is after putting in the email address.
I just got this message this morning on my exisitng machine. The normal Connection Client popup was replaced with one that asked me ONLY for my email address; when I entered that, it gave me that same "Page Expired" window. This also happened to another co-worker in our office.
I'm running the latest version of Connection Client, 10.00.19.31 on a Win10 machine. I believe I just installed the revised Client in the last week or so, but the problem just started this morning when I booted up.
I got SewerGEMS to run by doing the following (not sure if every step is required):
1) Go to Bentley.com and manually login. (This alone did NOT get Client to run properly).
2) Open SewerGEMS. The software will ask you to login, first your email, then your password.
3) SewerGEMS then opened OK.
4) I then opened Connection Clien again, which opened OK.
I think Bentley maybe broke a server connection...
I got the message too, closed the application and restarted it again and I was able to log in successfully.
Thanks. It's working from me now but not for one of my users
I have this issue with a few users, initial issue was the page expired error, some users have since been able to sign in, but a small number (about 5) have been asked to enter a verification code from bentley to access. This verification code email is taking around 20-30 minutes to arrive, and when it does, the code has already expired.
Please go to https://status.bentley.com/ to see if the outage is only effecting your users or if it is a widespread outage
