Any one else getting this when setting up s new PC? This is after putting in the email address.
I got the message too, closed the application and restarted it again and I was able to log in successfully.

I have this issue with a few users, initial issue was the page expired error, some users have since been able to sign in, but a small number (about 5) have been asked to enter a verification code from bentley to access. This verification code email is taking around 20-30 minutes to arrive, and when it does, the code has already expired.
Please go to https://status.bentley.com/ to see if the outage is only effecting your users or if it is a widespread outage
Seems to be issues with all services at the moment. But this has been on going for around a week now. Main issue stopping our users working is the late receipt of verification codes...
I have the same problem. Can't get users who have forgotten their passwords or new users set up because the verification email takes too long or just says the code is invalid and my service requests are ignored. Not good enough Bentley.

Thanks Glen. We will of course check this as we use Mimecast. The messages are generally arriving and in under 30 minutes maybe 10 to 15mins but that appears already to be too late.
