i recently reinstall my window without returning the staad pro connect license. How can i reinstall it? please help ASAP.

You mean that you had checked-out the license on that machine and didn't checked-in back before formatting the machine? If you are account admin/co-admin for your account can follow the Instructions to check-in back the license from Entitlement Management portal. Or you can contact your admin/co-admin to assist you.
