I recommend to do not ask in question subject, but to use short description (e.g. Can't login to CONNECTION client), and to ask in the post itself.

Can you provide information about:

• Used Windows version
• Whether they are updated
• Installed CONNECTION client

For login, CONNECTION client use Windows libraries (which originated I guess in Internet Explorer) and maybe something is wrong there.
