In our organization we have a lot of users going in and out of MicroStation all the time.
Through the reports on reporting.bentley.com I can see that some times these small intervals inside a 10-minute block is registered as a whole 10-minute usage.
My question is how this interval is counted. A user uses MicroStation 8.58 - 9.01 and again 9.04 - 9.12. How do you count that?
And an additional question. Do you register each minute as minimum usage? Or is registered with start and end with interval in seconds, fx. 9.03.42 - 9.07.12?

Thanks for your link, but so far I can see it does not answer my question.
In my opinion this sentence is more general and not precise enough:
Usage is determined by counting the total number of unique machines that access an application during each 10-minute interval throughout the day. The highest number of machines accessing an application during any one 10-minute interval during the quarter is the Peak Usage.
The reason why I ask is that we have discovered that several attemps going in and out of MicroStation (or other programs) inside a 10 minutes block results in full usage of these 10 minutes.
So again my questions:
A user uses MicroStation 8.58 - 9.01 and again 9.04 - 9.12. Does this result in a 10 minutes usage from 9.00 - 9.10?
