Is there a product or service available to simply open, view and convert a .dgn file from its native format to a usable AutoCAD Civil3D .dwg file? I do not need other functions. We receive .dgn files from certain clients and need them converted to a usable working file. Thanks
AutoCAD does have the ability to import DGN files as DWG. It's not very good (in my opinion) but it is functional, depending on what you need to do.

Bentley View would give you the ability to look at the DGN so that you can compare your AutoCAD result to the original drawing.
