I am a new user and I here for KeyAGS4, I have completed the registration processes but I cannot access to the software downloads for CONNECT Licensing application since yesterday.
I think the problem is the website it self.
Please advise.

Are you the person who was sent the Fulfillment document from Bentley? I am not sure which Organization you are with, but if you can't download the software then you most-likely don't have the software download role. Any time an Organization purchases Bentley applications, there is at least one Fulfillment Contact. This person has the rights to download. If you want to private chat with me your information I can look it up.
