My Staad.Pro Connect edition has stopped working and crashes on startup. I am getting this in the bentley licensing tool although I am logged into my Connection Client. Can someone provide me a fix for this?
Does it have something to do with the update 5 of Staad.pro connect edition because this problem started after I updated it. Staad was working fine till I was using update 4.
Found the solution to it, actually the problem lied in new update of Connection Client (11.0.1.109). After installing the new update, licensing tool stopped recognizing the licenses to STAAD and other softwares, so shifted back to the older version of Connection Client (10.00.09.31) and everything is working fine now.
P.S - There is no problem with update 5 of Staad.pro connect edition.

Hi Shagun, good to hear you solved the issue. This might be due to Connection Client 11.00.01.109 being supported only on Windows 10. If you are on Windows 7, please use 10.00.19.31 version.
