Bentleys new user system is a nightmare. When you try and generate a password for a user the activation code often comes too late to use or doesn't work when applied. we need the ability for admins to be able to set and reset passwords.
I agree, in the Bentley portal of one year ago I could, as an Bentley softare administrator, reset user passwords, this is nog possible anymore in the "newer" portal. Now I have to sent instructions to endusers. And the pw reset code by mail is sometimes received 20 min later after pasword reset request.
