RAM Elements requires that the Bentley IEG License Service (a prerequisite for RAM Elements) be installed before this executable / directory structure will exist.

If RAM Elements is installed before the Bentley IEG License Service, you can fix the shortcut to the License Management Tool by performing a repair of RAM Elements via the Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista/7/8) control panel.
