Hi,
We are having issues updating our SELECTserver license. We tried to upgrade the license following the instructions located here:

and we were able to follow the instructions, see our two site licenses listed and then we proceeded to click "Accept".
However at that point we received the following error:
An Error Has occurred:
The SELECTserver license as expired
http://SERVERNAME/bss/admin/RequestLicense.aspx?Msg=RequestLicenseMsgText&hl=hlUpdateLicense Now whenever we go back to the upgrade page and try to perform the operation again we can't even get as far as the page that showed our two site licenses and we get the above error immediately.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please follow step by step and respond to this thread with any additional questions
Make sure that the system date is correct. If your date is more than 30 days in the future, you may have issues.

As mentioned in Step 4 of the support solution you referenced, an error will likely appear when attempting to retrieve the license file during initial troubleshooting. Continue following the remaining steps. Specifically, the commands in Step 7 should correct the issue.
