[문제설명]
고객사에서 VPN 혹 Proxy 를 적용 하는경우, Connection Client 를 등록 못 할 수 있다. 네트워크를 수정하여 해결 할 수 있다.

[해결방법]
1. VPN 혹 Proxy의 제외 설정 (White List) 에  *.Bentley.com 를 추가 한다. 만약 이렇게 적용할수없으면, 하기 나열된 13 개 사이트 혹 IP를 추가 한다. 
    *주의사항: 안전상 일부 사이트의 IP주소는 주기적으로 변경된다. Command Prompt 대화창에서 ping URL 명령어를 사요하여 현재적용되는 IP주를 확인할 수 있다. 

  아래 IP는 2019년 8월28일에 확인하였다.

2. 필요하는 Port 는 443 이다.
