When proceeding through the Product Activation Wizard, the following error occurs after attempting to verify the SELECTserver license settings:
Server does not support this Activation Key.
The license server does not recognize the site activation key entered. The error can occur for one of the following reasons:
Double-check the site activation key. If correct, click the Cancel button as a temporary workaround to access your product in either Trial or Offline mode. The Cancel button is highlighted in the screenshot above.
Bentley products will attempt communication with the license server once a day. If the Product Activation Wizard continues to appear over several days, please contact Bentley Technical Support via the SELECTserver and Product Activation forums or the Service Request Manager.
