Message "no license available for this product" appears after starting a product. The product was activated for a long time, suddenly this message appears.
In this case the computer date was set 3 weeks into the future. After correcting the date and restarting the product, we received the message that the product is working offline and needs to be contacting the SELECTserver within 2 weeks. With starting the license tool and "sending usage logs now" the product could be activated.
