Product requires activation each session. Product activation seems to work fine, however every time product is restarted, a message displays that product could not be activated.
Check client's system date, timezone and time. In the client's licdebug.log file, the following error message is found:ReportUsageEntries() returned error -15021 msg='Clients machine time delta is greater than the allow able difference.'After setting the system date and time (+timezone) to the correct values, log files could be sent and product was activated properly. Cause of the incorrect date/time was a flat BIOS battery.
