License Management tool will not verify servername and activation key and the Administration page is visble. Error: "The client does not have access to this site". No Client Access Restrictions are set.
1) Found a HTTP: 401 error in the licdebug.log file (had to do a send logs now)2) A check of the IIS manager showed that "Windows Authentication" was set in the directory security on the BSS site.This explains why the Administration page was visible. Windows Authentication would let us see the Administration page, but the License Management Tool posts as an annoyomous user. Removing the Windows Authentication "broke" the Administration page. The issue is the Annonomous User does not have access. It is controlled through the IUSR Account. 3) Reset the password on the IUSR account4) Update the password for the IUSR Accocunt in IIS manager for the BSS site configuration. Ran IISRESTThe Administration page now displays and the License Management Tool can now verify to the servername and activation key.
