Error message: failed to contact the license server
When trying to "Send Logs Now" when the license status is "offline" mode you get prompted with the above error message.
1. This could be due to the Hosted or Deployed SELECTserver being down.
2. The client machine does not have permission to connect to the SELECTServer through the firewall.
Type: selectserver.bentley.com in an internet browser window, if you can get access to the SELECTserver Login page then the SELECTserver is good and running. Go to Option 2.
If you get an error message when trying to connect to SELECTserver.bentley.com then the server is down, please raise a Service Reqeuest on the issue.
