EspañolRight click My Computer icon on the Desktop, choose MANAGE.
Or click Start->Run-> type services.msc
For Windows server 2008/2012 , Start->Administrative Tools->Services.
Choose Services and Applications> Services> in the list of products find SELECTserver Gateway.
The Status should be STARTED. If it is not, please right click on it and choose START.
Make sure status is changed to Started.
