    Steps to Accomplish

    1) For versions 09.XX.XX.XX and newer complete the following steps

    1. From a command prompt do the following:

      Type:   CD C:\Program Files\Bentley\SELECTServer and press ENTER

      Type:   ChangeLogLevels.exe -level TRACE and press ENTER

      Type:    IISRESET and press ENTER

    2. Restart the Bentley SELECTserver service.
      Restart the Bentley SELECTserver Gateway service if installed.
    3. Reproduce the error.
    4. Zip up C:\Program Files\Bentley\SELECTServer\LOGS and send it to support.
    5. For information on how to upload your Log File Click Here 
    6. To turn the logging back to normal levels, from a command prompt do the following:
       
      Type:   CD C:\Program Files\Bentley\SELECTServer and press ENTER

      Type:   ChangeLogLevels.exe -level INFO and press ENTER

      Type:    IISRESET and press ENTER

     

    2) For all versions 08.XX.XX.XX versions

    1. From a command prompt do the following:

      Type:   CD C:\Program Files\Bentley\SELECTServer and press ENTER

      Type:   ChangeLogLevels.exe /level:TRACE and press ENTER

      Type:    IISRESET and press ENTER
    2. Restart the Bentley SELECTserver service.
      Restart the Bentley SELECTserver Gateway service if installed.
    3. Reproduce the error.
    4. Zip up C:\Program Files\Bentley\SELECTServer\LOGS and send it to support.
    5. For information on how to upload your Log File Click Here
