Elements in file gone - fast help needed ( Ms v8i )

Question

I draw something for tomorrow - Microstation crash in one moment ( don't know why ) after open the file - i have nothing ( empty layers, no references ) 
 File has 30 mb ( verify show > verifyDgn verifying 5375 elements in "D:\Projekty\Filip Daszkiewicz\AGH Krak&oacute;w\agh.dgn" for repair ) 
 What i can do ?

 Sorry for the delay in answering but busy on job and that comes first. 
 Reason for asking if there was another file with different extension was thought there might be a .bak or .tmp file you could fall back on. 
 Your file AGH.dgn had NO Design History evoked and I could not see any graphics in the single design model, but you do have a number of Shared Cell definitions, a couple of Custom LineStyle definitions and A number of Material definitions stored in the (?empty) AGH.dgn file. The file had a number of levels in it that wern't being used, and it was very large for such an empty file. Just doing a Compress with No Options selected knocked the file way down. When I compressed the file with all options selected it knocked the file way down. The file went from the original size of over 30mb down to 121kb. 
 I opened the other file "agh elewacje 3d" and it too had no File History evoked. I could not see anything irregular about it. I just did a Compress with no options selected and it didn't change the filesize. I did a Verify and Repair and it did find a number of elements (20+) it had to fix. other than that it seems pretty clean. 
 I don't know if you had accidentally deleted the elements and exited the file but I don't think that File Fixer would be able to recover those elements anyhow.
