I have (1) user that on his machine (not on any others) gets the following .NET Framework error when selecting 'View Attributes':
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Value '0' is not a valid value for Interval. Interval must be greater than 0. Parameter name: Interval.
If the user clicks continue the View Attributes dialog box opens but when selecting the 'Presentation' drop down arrow it errors out again, the View Setup drop down opens no problem.
We are using MS version 08.11.07.529 on Windows7 64 bit systems. If another user logs onto this machine MS works fine. If this user goes to a different machine it works fine. It's specifically this user on this computer. Happens to every file he opens (not file specific)
I've been told it's probably the user's Window profile, but before we delete his profile (and cause additional work) I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem and if there's a solution.

Work around is to:
Change the Keyboard Repeat Rate in the Windows Control Panel to be any value above 0 (zero)
