We have a problem with Civtools. When we use the set element elevation command to move a text element to a higher elevation the symbols in the text get messed up. Civtools 08.11.09.04, MicroStation 08.11.09.357, font Arial (TTF). See attached example.
I put in a service request on this issue but was told that this forum is the location to submit problems. ???
Resolution Support for CivTools is on the Be Communites Bentley Library Forum. Its a utility you can download and run with MicroStation, but its delivered with MicroStation.
