All,
I'm having difficulty rotating cells in SS3. Does anybody know how to rotate cells in SS3? I'm trying to align cells with property line work, but there doesn't seem to be a way to rotate them?
How about setting the active angle in the cell placement tool box. You can also rotate your view and place your cell at 0 degrees, Rotate your view back and it will be at the view rotaton angle.
Take a look at Select and Place Cell, Active Angle PT2 or better yet look at Accudraw in the help menu.
Better yet take a look at all the Accurdraw tips here:

Thanks for your help Roland!
This doesn't seem to work for what I need. It works great for cell placement, but I'm looking to rotate cells that have been added via point feature. I should have been a little more specific on this, but I'm still new to this. I'm more of and ACAD guy!! I need to rotate cells with in point features.
Accudraw is good advice!
If you are in DWG workmode you can find some ACAD commands useful. For example, command ROTATE can be done via keyin "dwg rotate".
