Batch Convertor for Reference files

Question

Using the Batch Convertor to convert dgn files to dwg files. My files are converted to the default destination specified. Problem is I can't seem to find a way for the dgn reference files to point to the default destination. Depending on how I set the DWG Save Options, the references files get set to point without a path or point to the location defined by the original dgn file (not the default destination). Any ideas how to point these to their new home post conversion?

By default the path of the reference file attachment should be set to the same location as the default location as the master file. Make sure that you have the "Convert Reference Files" option turned on in the Save Options under the References tab. 
 
If this still does not work try converting 1 file manually that you have had problems with and observe the results that you get.
