VL Object Enabler Missing

I receive the message below in the MicroStation Message Center when opening a dwg file supposedly from Civil 3D.

I am using MS SS4 with RealDWG 2016 and the 32-bit Civil Object Enabler installed.

I’m not sure what application “VL” is or if there is an object enabler.  I’m not sure if the 28 nongraphic objects it mentions are important or not.  Can someone shed any light on what “VL” is and what I might be missing?  If it is important, can you point me to an object enabler that I could download?

Thank you.

  • Neither do I know what this app is, but the description of it suggests it to be an "AutoLISP app".  If true, it would be an ACAD app that is not a true object enabler that can run on RealDWG.  But you probably don't need it anyway if you only care about graphics, unless you have an app of your own, which reads its data through its object enabler (something what AutoPlant or ProStructures object enablers do).
