One or more Object enablers is missing

Question

I had a newer version of v8i installed and it works better on acad files but I still get the message about missing enablers. The image shows what I am talking about. The message doesn't have anything to with the SHX fonts, does it? 
 
 Anyway how do I get more Object Enablers into this newer version of Microstation? 
 ss4 ver. 08.11.09.832

 The same way as in SS3. If you don't know already, you should ask the file owner in which product the file was made so that you can download the respective object enabler. 
 You'll be able to download the respective enabler in the site of the product, search in Google and should be your first result.

If you click on the Object Enabler error in the Message Centre it should list all of the items it is having a problem with. As Jose has mentioned, you need to find out which software produced the DWG file so you can obtain the appropriate Object Enabler for the RealDWG Library to be able to interpret how to display these elements. Contacting the supplier of the DWG would probably be one of those options.

Remember that the OE that yo need to install is based on the version of RealDWG that MicroStation uses to open files. From the version number you provided that would be RealDWG 2016.
