Attaching LAS files in CEU10

Hello,

Attaching an LAS file downloaded from NOAA.
Tried all the settings I can think of, but the point cloud will not attach at the correct coordinates
It does have an "Invalid WKT" message in the attach settings, but if I try to change the coord system I get a "Not Possible to Override the file GCS".
Moving to CONNECT so I need this figured out, can't keep going back to SS4 to attach point clouds.
