Export to DWG with fence discards some pattern

Question

HI 
 When I export to DWG some of my pattern disappears if I choose to use the fence as filter. I have the exact same settings in both cases, except of the fence. I also tried placing a gaint fence really far zoomed out, but it didn't help. 
 Export with fence: 
 Export without fence: 
 How could this be? 
 Running AECOsim connect update 4, equal to microstation connect update 11.

Thanks for testing, I have reproduced a similar/same scenario and filed Defect 1009494. 
 In addition I have logged a Service Request on your behalf and will send you an email requesting the files used in your case so these can be evaluated against this defect.
