Reference file does not highlight in Connect Edition, when toggled on/off (ref.display). This was not an issue in V8i, now the reference gets highlight only when I move my mouse over it. When toggling it off/on - nothing happens.

Can you explain better (e.g. to post screen capture or short video) what do you mean "toggled on/off"? Do you mean Display switch or something else?

Do you mean hover over an element from the reference or hover in References dialog?
