Hi,
I have recently been working on a DWG file and do not know why it is showing the dimension followed by the letter 'n'.
Settings are set to millimetres and I can't see anything out of the ordinary.
Help would greatly be appreciated.

Is it a user text? Also, could it be a suffix? If you try to edit the dimension does not still show the extra letter? I'd have a better answer if I can see the actual file.
Check your Unit Settings (Settings > Design File > Working Units) Verify you have a "m" for the Master Unit label instead of an "n"
if you don't want the dimension to have a label, turn it off in the Dimension Style settings (Element > Dimension styles)

No the extra letter does not appear when I click to edit the text. I have tried to adjust the working units to show mm for milimetres and this still doesn't seem to make a difference.
