In autocad I had a Leader command and I do not know the term in Microstation, I have done searches in the F1 help and searches on this web site, but all I need is what Microstation calls there command where you get an arrow head as a pointer and you can also put in text? I am sure this has an easy answer, but I wasted quite some time trying to find it. Please help

I have since been given great help. I was able to use place note, make a space and put in the arrow point and Line I wanted. I did like the suggestion as well "Type in DWG and the Aclt command. Example DWG Leader and it showed the Bentley equal command.

The equivalent AutoCAD command Leader in MicroStation is Place Note. MicroStation includes some set of Key-in's that let you use AutoCAD command syntax. In MicroStation run Key-in and start writting DWG .. - you get list. In This case try Key-in: DWG Leader
Here is Wiki article with a table with more equivalent commands/Key-ins: communities.bentley.com/.../supported-autocad-keyins.aspx
