Microstation add-on for compressing mechanical design file

Ich habe eine Flage, aber mein Deutsch ist nicht gut. Entschuldigung.so I use English to ask instead. My customer is using Microstation to design an assembly line for a German Auto factory, and he heard that there is an add-on in Microstation that can compress the mechanical design file from hundreds mb size into multiple kb size. the add-on is shown in the picture below: as the arrow located, there is a function called Advanced Import, but in a normal Microstation this function doesn't exist. Could anyone tell what is this function really is? is it an add-on by Bentley or maybe a function developed by customers? since as I know, there are more than one German industiral users have it in their Microstation. If it is a Bentley add-on, what's its name and where i can find it? thanks a lot in advance!
