He estado estudiando a fondo la herramienta "Place Note" y hay 2 cosas que me pregunto si se podrían hacer.
1) Es posible llegar a hacer que la Directriz se seleccione juntamente con su texto? como si se tratara todo de una cell? Por ejemplo, esto lo hace AutoCAD con su DirectrizM, que es una entidad un poco más avanzada que su antiguo objeto "Directriz".
2) Una vez tengo creado la directriz con "Place Note", no se puede modificar nada de la directriz (estilo de acotación, punta de flecha, etc..) desde el Panel de Propiedades? Esto es algo que generalmente sí podemos hacer desde AutocAD.
Otra cosa que me pasa, cuando establezco Location en "Automatic", en que sólo podría hacer una directriz con 2 segmentos de recta, resulta que algunas veces, el segundo segmento de recta (el que habría antes del texto), no me lo dibuja. Creo que esto puede ser debido al estilo de acotación seleccionado, pero no sé exactamente qué es.

Not sure what the "guideline is" but assuming it is the leader with the terminator turn on Graphic Group Lock. This will select the text, in-line leader & the leader.
The functionality of changing dimension properties for Notes has never really worked correctly for as long as I can remember. You can change the dimension style. I've never tried to change the terminator type so I can't really speak for that aspect.

If you are referring to the in-line leader, make sure it is enabled under the Notes in the Dimension Styles settings dialog is enabled.

Exacty. "Directriz" is "Leader" in English.
As you can see in the attached animated gif "Graphic group Lock" is ON but when I Place a Note, then it does not select text and Leader together.
"The second line" I mean the yellow line that I try to draw but sometimes the leader show it. I think it is some property of the Dimension style.

Tengo que hacer un Named Group y seleccionar la directriz (leader) y el texto.
Luego, con "GRAPHIC GROUP LOCK"=ON
Tengo que llamar primero a una orden de manipulación como Move, Rotate, etc..
Y finalmente mover uno de ellos y se moverán ambos.
Aunque mi pregunta iba destinada a que cuando seleccione uno de ellos (leader o texto) se seleccionaran ambos a la vez, como hace DIRECTRIZM en AutoCAD, pero entiendo que no se puede. Sólo sería viable si se crea un Group (que lo considera una cell) en vez de un Named Group pero luego es desaconsejable porque se pierden las facultades de "Relative association" etc..
For the selection tool to work properly with Graphic Group switch the selection method from New to Add (Plus icon in the tool settings) this will select both elements.
