I have problem with the last NVIDIA driver update: 340.52.
My Graphic Card is NVIDIA 8800 GTX. The previous driver does not have this problem (337.88). There is a rendering artifacts problem.
We experienced the same issue where it seemed all lines in the DGN file went to a vanishing point. We found 1 driver that works without issues. I wold just revert back to your older driver. We use the NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 and we are suing a driver from February. Its the only one that works with V8i SS3 for us.
I believe this issue had been identified as being related to this Nvidia updated driver 340.52. It seems this has been fixed in a new driver supplied by Nvidia.

On installing the latest driver 340.84 for a Quadro FX3800 under Win7/64 using V8i SS3 we experience a similar problem with both 2D and 3D files.
The cursor cross hairs are also messed up. Will be going back to a driver we know works for us - 311.15

Yes, I believe that all of the cards which are experiencing this sort of problem are related in that they are NVIDIA DX10 cards which have recently been moved to legacy support. (See www.nvidia.com/.../IO_32667.html for a list of them.)
We have contacted NVIDIA about the problem and until they fix it we recommend not using the 340 series of drivers on these older cards.
