What happened to Workspace>Customize? in Microstation SS3
The Workspace > Customize menu item is still there, the same as in previous versions of MicroStation. If you are in a custom workspace, the item may have been removed from the menu. It is possible to remove a menu item from a pull-down menu.
Go to the default workspace or the examples workspace and see if the menu item is available.
If you are running a custom workspace, you will need to contact the person that created the workspace and see why the menu item was removed from the menu. If you are using someone else’s workspace, they probable removed the menu item so that no one could modify their menu.
My suggestion is to contact the person or company that created the workspace. They removed the item from the menu for a reason and they are controlling the menu items available to you.

my bad - you're right it is still there and i was in someone elses workspace and didn't realize it
