Please find below an issue report from one of our staff members. Anyone have any ideas or let me know how i post this in the correct place?!:
MULTI-LINE FUNCTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY
It appears that any new multi-line that is created in the library is brought through into the drawing however all multi-lines previously drawn in the drawing retain the original characteristics of the multi-lines when first drawn. The only way to change the multi-lines is to reference in the library, smart match the new multi-line, draw a line, and then smartmatch that to the existing line.
Check to see if you have another dgnlib attached
Or
Im thinking that the multilines that were referenced and copied into the file may take presedence over the dgnlib. Its almost like they its own id other than that of the dgnlib.
However you should be able to set the multline you want to ACTIVE and then choose the mline that needs updating and use the change mline tool. make sure you turn off the placement.
