How to annotate Easting and Northing at grid point in microstation

What is the operation that you are trying to perform here? Is it that you just want to place coordinates at selected points or import coordinated points using a text file? Maybe you are trying to places a grid for mapping with coordinates for the Easting and Northing on the grid? If you are using plain MicroStation you would most likely be using the XYZ Text tool. Is it possible you are also using a software package that sits on top of MicroStation, like Bentley Map? Would you also be able to provide full details of the software and version currently in use.

I am using V8i-ss2 , i am able to annotate xyz , but ineed to show only xy is it possible show only xy.

MicroStation V8i SS2 does not have all the Geo capabilities provided by MicroStation V8i SS3. Without that information, we can't supply the right answers.  Worse, we may have supplied answers, because we assumed that you use the current release (SS3), that don't work with SS2.
