Hatch Patterns?

Question

Coming from AutoCAD, I am kind of confused where hatch patterns are located in Microstation. Then, I realized that basic Microstation does not have any included hatch pattern files or cells save the standard single line or cross hatch. 
 Does anyone have, or do you know where I can get for free a cell library with standard-type hatch patterns? Things like concrete, honeycomb, sand, earth, metal cross section etc... ?

This Forum exists to provide help. Mostly, it's peer-to-peer help from other MicroStation users. Occasionally, a Bentley Systems employee will also assist.
